Terms of Use

Iron Grip is a digital training and educational platform focused on the sport of arm wrestling. The Service may include free content as well as paid features, programs, lessons, and other premium content available through a subscription.

Iron Grip is not directed to children.

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

To access some parts of Iron Grip, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• provide accurate and current information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization

You may not share your account with other people or allow others to access paid or restricted content through your account.

Iron Grip may offer:

• free access to limited content and features
• paid membership access to premium content and features

The scope of free and paid access may change over time as the Service develops.

If paid memberships are offered, subscriptions may be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions are expected to:

• renew automatically unless canceled by the user
• be billed through the relevant platform provider
• remain subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules of the relevant platform

Users who purchase through Apple or Google manage their subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account. Apple says auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically until the user cancels, and Google Play likewise states subscriptions continue until canceled. Refunds are generally handled through the relevant store's refund process and policies.

We do not control the payment processing systems of Apple or Google and are not responsible for their billing systems, subscription interfaces, or refund decisions.

If you purchased a subscription or other digital product through Apple or Google Play, refund requests must generally be made through the platform used for the purchase.

Apple provides its own refund request process, and Google Play applies its own refund policies and request workflows.

Except where required by applicable law, we do not independently guarantee refunds for purchases processed through third-party app stores.

You agree not to:

• misuse the Service
• interfere with the normal operation or security of the Service
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• upload malicious code or harmful content
• use automated methods to scrape, copy, or harvest content or data without permission

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of the Service violates these Terms or creates risk for the Service, other users, or us.

All content in Iron Grip, including but not limited to videos, training programs, exercises, text, graphics, branding, logos, layout, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Breathe Technology d.o.o. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, sublicense, or exploit content from Iron Grip for commercial purposes
• share paid or restricted content outside the Service
• remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• screen-record, download, extract, or repurpose premium content for resale, redistribution, or public posting except where explicitly permitted by us

You may be able to submit information such as training logs, workout inputs, progress data, and related content.

You retain responsibility for the information you submit. By submitting such information, you grant us the rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and use it for the operation of the Service and related support, analytics, and improvement purposes.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

Iron Grip provides educational and training content only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services.

Participation in arm wrestling training and strength-related exercise involves inherent physical risk. You are responsible for your own training decisions and for ensuring that you are physically able to participate safely.

You should:

• use appropriate judgment and caution
• stop training if you feel pain, dizziness, or other warning signs
• seek advice from a qualified medical or health professional where appropriate, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, or concern about your readiness to train

Your use of Iron Grip is at your own risk.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, content, access levels, and pricing.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

• you breach these Terms
• you misuse the Service
• we are required to do so for legal, regulatory, technical, or security reasons

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

• the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of content
• the availability or reliability of the Service
• the suitability of the Service for your particular training goals or circumstances

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breathe Technology d.o.o. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Serbia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
